I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

I was happy with my service department contact, but I was not happy with the service of the mechanic that performed my oil change service back in November. I don?t feel that the standard performance checklist of an oil change was completely done, after one month of the service I had to bring my car back in due to low coolant for the engine and front tires were low in tread and brake pads were not in passing condition. This should?ve been caught at time of oil change service.

About 25mpg average. The exterior is just so attractive to me. The user interface control knob in the center console is interesting, but not troublesome. Surprising amount of trunk space!

By far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles very well. It has plenty of technology and comfortable seating. I love this vehicle but am no longer in need of it.

I traded my 2009 Acura Tl for a 2015 Lexus Is 250 F-Sport Awd. New to the Toyota/Lexus brand, as I had been a loyal Honda/Acura owner my entire life. My biggest concern when purchasing a vehicle is reliability. The Lexus brand has great reliability scores and reviews from their owners. I have been pleasantly satisfied with this vehicle so far. Great aggressive modern styling, sporty handling and fantastic maneuverability. The AWD has proved to be impressive in snowy conditions. I've owned the vehicle for 9 months with 35k miles and have had zero issues. I called the nearest Lexus dealership to schedule routine maintence and they have a concierge service that will deliver a loaner to you, and then return your car when they are finished. They must not have many cars in the shop to be able to offer this service. This is a 5 year old vehicle and the car still drives and smells like a new car. My only complaints are that there is a lack of storage in the vehicle, the cup holders are awkwardly placed, and the factory remote start requires a monthly subscription (ridiculous!). Overall, a quality vehicle you would expect from the Lexus brand.

Simple maintenance, super reliable. incredibly comfortable, and defiantly has a wow factor in Star-fire white. Everything in the car is perfectly placed. I can reach everything like switches and buttons without having to look for them. The ability to set the AC, wipers and cruise control and just drive in comfort is hard to place a value on. Defiantly looks good when valetted at the club, and they don't even know how good the gas mileage is. lol.

I have owned this car for just under two years now. Unbelievably reliable, very comfortable on the open road for both myself and my wife who are in our late 50s, and a pure joy to drive. I was fortunate enough to find this car when it was five years old and only had 20,000 miles on it so it was literally brand new, there were not even xxx marks in the seats when I bought it. For those of you living in Southern California, the Los Angeles area in particular, I would suggest going to Longo Lexus. Just the warranties and the service package that came with the car alone made it hard to walk away, oh yes and by the way, the car rocks. This is actually the sixth Toyota/Lexus product both my wife and I have bought in the Last 5 Years. We will be driving these forever since you can get three hundred thousand plus miles out of a Lexus or Toyota product if properly cared for. I have driven 2 different BMWs and also a Mercedes Benz, and will never drive a German car again as long as Lexus and Toyota are making the value and reliability type of cars they have made for years.

My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

We worked with Everd to purchase a used vehicle. He was great to work with and even helped to resolve an issue with the vehicle after our purchase. What is usually a horrible experience (based on past purchases with other dealers), was made easy. Definitely recommend this dealership.

My biggest gripe with the car is it does not have the performance of my previous 2001 IS300. Lexus could have used a more performance oriented engine. Otherwise, very reliable, trouble free, and handles very well on the road.

Salvador was so helpful and nice and my car was fixed very fast. I also really appreciate the videos from the mechanic explaining everything that was happening and suggested.

Never needed any repairs and it had no problem fixing a 6 foot person without feeling cramped. I see no need for the higher end models, this sporty model has all the bells and whistles.

Jay was helpful by being informative and timely. The space was clean, well lit, and the vibe was professional . I came at my appointment time and was able to leave within 20 mins.

I've had this car for 7 years and it still goes as well as the day I bought it. A friend drove it the other day and was so impressed he's going to buy one too. The handling and quiet understated design gives me everything I want. Next to buy is the IS350 with a bit more power.
