I was dreading the auto buying experience, but Kim Tran made it so easy for me. The price negotiations were respectful and kind. Kim was so patient with all of my questions; I really appreciated how well she knew the cars and the buying process. If there were 6 stars I would give her a 6-star rating. The financial discussion with Sam was also seamless, he was so kind with all of my many questions and he too, patiently reiterated information when I became confused. What a great team you have there at Lexus of Henderson. I will definitely request Kim and Sam for my next car buying experience.
