She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. 2026 Lexus LC 500 review
I've only had it a couple of months. Had to choose a rating for reliability. Waited years and finally ordered one Bespoke. It's been everything I wanted and more. It's true to It's claim of being a great Grand Touring car. It's not the fastest, or the sportiest, but it's gorgeous. The interior is comfortable, luxurious and well thought-out. It rides very comfortable. And that engine makes the greatest noise which makes driving it so much fun!
