Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. After a lifetime (I'm age 76) of owning six MBZ's I purchased a Lexus LS 460. You simply must get yourself behind the wheel of one of these cars to understand how amazing they are to drive. I have never owned a car that has impressed me like this Lexus.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

This car has wind noise and plastic strip on the roof started peeling. It has always been garaged and has 68000 miles on it. Other than that I have no complaints, but for a $70000 car these issues should not happen.

Very quick response, answered my questions. Very helpful and informative about my inquiry. I think that they would be a good dealership to do business with. I just wish they were closer to me.
