Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. 2021 Lexus LS 500 Base review
4th LS. Best so far!!
This is my 4th LS and the best so far. I like the layout and performance. The seat is more comfortable than my previous 2017 LS460 L. It is a little sportier and I like that. The ride is much better than prior LS's. I wish it had a self driving feature, like the Volvo ProPiliot Assist, but that was not a deal stopper.
