First Class Service, Consistency + Love the Perks

I am driving my second Mercedes. The first one I drove from 2013-2016. I purchased another GL450 (used) in November 2017. I brought my second one in a few weeks ago because the rear tires needed to be changed out prematurely. My service advisor was polite and helpful. The problem was peculiar, and I wasn't charged for the tire change. I am confident that they will track what happened and look into it further if it happens again. The men who hang around in the intake area are kind and helpful. I enjoy driving a brand new Mercedes while mine is getting serviced. Frank has helped in this capacity for many years and he is great. The dealership also has a very comfortable waiting room with snacks and coffee. I had my young son with me when I picked up my car and he was starving so the snacks were such a help during the few minutes they retrieved my car for me. I think it also speaks well of management that the faces I recognize have been there all along.
