Everyone there was friendly and smiling. It's hard to believe they had the exact car, color, and accessories I wanted. Thus far, I am also pleased with the Buick Envista-Avenir. It's hard to believe that it has more hip room, leg room, and almost as much cargo space as my larger SUV, which I traded for it. It is quiet, rides very well, handles like a sports car, and gets impressive gas mileage. It's also easier for me to get in and out of it. I would call this a great trade!

The V6 is more powerful vs the V8 in the LX 570, the apple car play eliminates the pour controls for stereo, and the new interior is excellent. Overall very happy with the new model, and love the appearance package, with black wheels. Combined with Lexus dealer service great product and service!

This car is comfortable and is able to move when it needs to do so. My last car was a mid-sized SUV and I liked it, but it never felt big enough. The LX is the right size and is well appointed on the interior. I waited months for it but the wait was worth it.

Jimi Mingo is an awesome sales person. There were some pricing issues relating to the list price and addendum items were added but not disclosed with the window sticker. The list price was honored. Also was low balled on my trade and had to go to CarMax to get an independent appraisal. My trade was never inspected by Mini.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Jose Albanil recently assisted me with purchasing a used 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Because it was a brand new trade in, the vehicle was not available to view in person. However, Jose found it within 15 minutes of my inquiry and sent me a detailed video. With the video and printout of the original purchase order with all options and equipment Jose provided, I was able to make an educated decision and put down a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for purchase. Being a used vehicle, I requested a pre purchase inspection at an independent Land Rover mechanic. Jose was kind enough to coordinate transport of the vehicle to and from the mechanic so I didn’t have to take additional time off work. Jose promptly addressed my questions, which included extremely minor feedback from the pre purchase inspection and loan processing information for insurance purposes. Throughout the entire process of securing a deposit, inspections, financing, and detailing, Jose kept me informed to ensure everything went smoothly. There was complete transparency of the price of the vehicle with no surprises at the end. Jose delivered on all the commitments made. Jose- Thank you for making what can be a stressful and frustrating process- easy! I’d been searching for a very particular vehicle to meet my family’s needs and we’re excited for the adventures to come!

I think the prices are bit high. However, the service reps are fantastic. The facility is great. The cookies are great and diet coke is a nice touch. 7

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through Carmax. My first time, three years ago, was for myself purchasing and exact vehicle I wanted. I called ahead, was able to work through what I wanted, and re-directed to another location that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. No hassling about buying something from their specific location. Great customer service, the car was in excellent condition (as confirmed by the Volvo dealership I had it serviced at subsequently). I still have and love that car. My most recent experience was at Carmax in Madison, WI. I have been searching for a well-maintained used vehicle for my newly-licensed teen. With the used car market spiking, I've been monitoring my searches for months. The perfect vehicle (with everything both my teen wanted and I required from a safety perspective) popped up in New York. For a reasonable fee they were able to put the vehicle on hold and transfer it to my local dealership in WI. I was able to do the financing over the phone in advance of the vehicle's arrival. Once it arrived, I was notified and an appointment set to test drive. The car was exactly as described, in good condition and no hassling or negotiations needed. The prices are reasonable based on current market conditions with a set margin built in. The financing is a little on the high side, but they provide a 3 day window to bring in a check from your own lender so it makes it easy to balance the rate vs convenience (and GAP coverage). I had one issue with the vehicle after getting it home. I contacted the dealership and it was addressed within a half hour. I am absolutely happy with both my experiences at Carmax and would (and have) recommend them for your next vehicle.

No comment .. I'm not ready to purchase a low used car yet. When I do I will call the dealership.. Hope you have a car like a 2019 Audi A3 AWD 2.0T
