downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Shottenkirk Honda in Huntsville. I bring my 2019 Accord here for maintenance and the staff is always friendly and professional and the work is done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We stopped by just to look at what options were available. The salesman was super helpful and no pressure at all. We had planned on a new car but he did show us a used certified one that was only a year old. Loved it and great price! Done!! We traded in our truck and drove home in a newer 4 runner!! DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Alex was great to work with. He does exactly as he says. Some other (non-Lexus) dealers like to play games, but working with Alex was very easy. He was also helpful in familiarizing me with the new car. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership.
