I was immediately met upon my arrival and directed to a sales rep who worked through what I was seeking without delays or needs to consult with someone else.

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Ronald provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was handled with care. It’s refreshing to work with a service advisor who truly values customer experience. Highly recommend asking for Ronald if you’re coming in for service.
