From Appointment setter Gabrielle to service advisor Ryan to shuttle driver ,can't recall his name, everyone was awesome.I was in and out within one hour and thirty minutes. Repair was under warranty and they even washed my car at my request. They definitely went above and beyond for a first time customer.I will continue servicing my car here now that I live in New Hampshire.

Paul was a great service advisor when I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my vehicle. The videos and documents he provided to me while I was waiting for my vehicle, kept me informed throughout the entire process. This car has nicely tuned exhaust, good 0-60, interior and a really good price at 28,500 for the 2017 RC300 FSport... Plus when driving it feels so comfortable it's like driving a super car.

Have owned my 2016 RC 300 for almost a year and absolutely love it. Bought used 1 owner with 44,000 miles on it, and haven’t had a single issue. I do continue to take it to a Lexus dealership for regular maintenance, which has only been twice. Once for an overall check before purchase, and another for routine 50,000 mile maintenance and oil change. Constantly get compliments on this car and will keep it forever. The body style will always look great no matter how trends change which is another reason I will keep it for life.
