This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

This is the 2021 Lexus RX 350 and is my 4th Lexus and I love it! The 2018 was also really great and so was the 2015. I think the price is very good and the value is incredible because either way, either leasing rates are great due to the high residual values, and the buy rates are great because you could sell your car used because they are very much in demand and you get a lot for it. If you hold onto your Lexus, that's another great option, because the Lexus engine is incredible, built to protect the engine and last a very long time! I have not had any issues with any of my Lexus ((unlike other car brands -I have had issues with other cars warning lights, electrical, rotors, struts, sensor issues, and faulty parts, and check engine light and other quirks etc!!!)) I totally recommend Lexus -very reliable and no problems! Servicing is always reasonable too!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.
