I only had to wait a little over an hour for him to let me know that my car would not be completed the same day due to needing more time for diagnostics. I was given a courtesy vehicle so I could go on with my day.I really appreciated the timeliness of getting me into a courtesy vehicle and not wasting hours in the waiting area. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new.
