Lexus Carlsbad was very professional and easy to complete a sale. Our salesperson, Dino, was so pleasant and made our transaction as simple as possible. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the environment was very nice. I would definately buy a car from Dino again and Lexus Carlsbad. Thank you.

Angelina was great to work with....knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. Two people spent time with me learning the many features of my new car, Issac and Jonathan, and they were extremely helpful and well informed.

Lexus Carlsbad review
I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Carlsbad. We drove 50 minutes to get a car at this particular dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to know they have decent inventory. Even though the car I wanted wasn't there that day, Dino was able to make a deal and order it for me. He was so kind and a great listener. He knew how much it meant to me to purchase this car. It was not just another sale to him but genuinely wanted to make this happen. I felt comfortable from the start and good about actually buying my Lexus here. The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! I do not feel like I had to spend hours going back and forth either like some dealers when you are negotiating. It was clear cut and to the point. Thanks Lexus Carlsbad.

Jessie is wonderful!! I was not personally able to bring my car in for an oil change, so my friends did it for me. They reported how kind and caring Jessie was to them, just as he has always been to me.
