Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.

Wow! Daisy did a fantastic job putting a deal together for us. We live in Oregon and were trading in our 2023 Corvette. Paperwork went back and forth flawlessly and we finished the deal quickly. Then, here came our new Corvette in a covered trailer to take our other Corvette back to Buellton safe and sound. Rio Vista Chevrolet and Daisy are awesome! Never had such service and pampering buying a Corvette!
