Lexus of North MiamiReviews
Lexus of North Miami review
When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

I took my car for service last month .Luis Rivera went above and beyond what was asked and provided exceptional care .He addressed my questions and concerns despite his busy schedule. I would highly recommend Luis and his team to family and friends. Joseph
2026 Lexus TX 500h review
For a relatively large SUV, my TX500h is both comfortable and remarkably powerful on acceleration. It holds 8’+ long lumber boards and is a great driving experience. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!

I came all the way from Fort Myers Florida to purchase the make model and interior that I was looking for. At first I spoke to Sergio Leets and did the deal over the phone. Final paperwork was done by Jorge Caso and he did a superb job. Very happy with my car and the dealership. Highlt recommend using them!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Leasing my new Lexus RX 350 was smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Jorge for his professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. Special thanks as well to Esteban, the manager, for making sure everything went perfectly. I truly appreciate the great experience and highly recommend this dealership!

Mine was in a check up... Lisa ismy person.Shem= is pesonable, will find an answer and quickly.....leaving choices up to the customer...I almost left your dealer bec of your AI "people." At 83,000 miles, I was due for a check up. Your AI "person " called every morning that weekmfor 5 DAYS STRAIGHT.... I let it go that long until the last day i left a message at the manager's office saying I would be in soon...at 84,000 I made an appointment taken by a robot and when I got there Inwas not on the list. They took me and it was Liza who went over the details and had me out in no time,,,,, if it hadn't been my professional relationship w Liza, i WOULD NOT HAVE COME BACK AT ALL

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport and had a wonderful experience working with Max. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Max made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru! I truly appreciate Max's kindness, professionalism, and assistance in helping me find a vehicle that feels like the perfect fit. Thank you, Max, for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.
