Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I’m a GM customer but for some unknown reason I was focused on the 2020 Acura RLX SH. As I looked around for a purchase I quickly realized that they weren’t easy to find locally. I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

The ES350 is my newest purchase, as I have owned several Lexus models (LX 470, GX 460, GX 470, LS 400, ES250, plus 3 Toyota trucks from the Japanese brand. All were excellent in reliability, solid build, comfort, and styling. Thank you TOYOTA for creating LEXUS.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone
