We went two times since we bought our Mini Cooper. We were received by Adante Cameron both times. After that we always ask for his outstanding customer service. The service was efficient and quicker than average. The second time our appointment was by lunch time, There wasn't a very close place to eat and when we asked Adante for a taxi, he offered to take us to a restaurant that was nearby. Not very common these days !!! He doesn't only knows his job really well, also take care of his customers questions and necessities . Simply excellent ! We really recommend this dealer !
Went out of their way to make sure I wasn't left stranded, and worked around my busy work schedule. They got me into a loaner vehicle without any prompt from myself.

We were impressed by the service we received; from the sales expert to the front desk receptionist and the finance specialist. It was like shopping for a new car in a friendly neighborhood auto dealership.
They were straight forward about what they completed during the routine maintenance and didn't push unwanted services on me. They are a bit overpriced, but considering it's a deal that's to be expected. They do need to work on the pleasantries as some of the staff comes across as rushed and disinterested.
Our salesman Jim for his calm/confidence/trust without pressuring us to buy during difficult time of having to buy another car due to our Volvo getting totaled. Jim was great in setting up things for our first Volvo and going overseas a few years ago. Tim the technician for his detail explanations on technology and his confidence/trust.
Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead.
