This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Edwin was great to work with from the beginning. He reached out shortly after I inquired about the car and scheduled a time the next day to take a test drive. They were able to complete the purchase that day so I could take the car home. Overall, both Edwin and their Finance department were easy to work with.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. The car was as advertised and I bought the car. 3 days later I went back and took delivery. Every part of the transaction was great. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectfully and everyone there is so pleasant. There were no games/nonsense just a straight, easy deal. Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

Great car, very comfortable with plenty on safety features. The interior is very well done with nice features . The colors are great and quality materials.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

I've driven many different cars and i love this hybrid it's comfortable and beautiful, the mpg is good (could be a bit better i thought for a hybrid) drives nice, quiet.. but for an expensive brand this company uses absolutely the worst GPS system!!! it's so frustrating for someone like me who has no sense of direction and rely on my GPS full time. it does not tell you the correct time with traffic (which it should because i pay for satellite) and it doesn't re-route you if there's heavy traffic like all my other cars did, can't choose min toll, never re-route to a side roads plus when i know my roads and i'm on a straight line home it tries to put me back on the highway to go 3 miles further to get home it's ridiculous!! this company needs to use a different GPS system, the MDX even cheap FORD has a better system!!

I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Edwin Ocasio was very professional and listened carefully to what I was looking to buy in a vehicle as well as my price range. As I test drove he answered all my questions in detail. I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).
