Roomy, comfortable and quiet. Excellent visibility plus side mirror warnings. Excellent response in steering and acceleration. Very good interior dash and steering wheel controls. This is my fourth Hyundai and it won't be the last.
Grabiak had my vehicle 2 weeks. When I drove 25 mi to take it in, the key fob buttons were not working. Replaced max amt of computer components. Car fixed? Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Battery dead. Not their fault even though the battery was fine when I drove it in. Hed to buy new battery. Not at Grabiaks, I wouldn't. Never going there again. Same for my son and his family and friends.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.

This is a very handsome vehicle as you know they don't make them like they use to it dent s real easy some times just rubbing against a tree branch I live out in the country I use my truck for working around the house
I'm always impressed with how friendly everyone is at Grabiak Chevrolet and its appreciated. The service department and mechanic were able to work with me to get my truck repaired how I wanted for a reasonable amount, it was a refreshing experience compared to visits to other dealerships.

Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
I love Grabiak. My boyfriends family goes to them and I just bought my first vehicle from them... Madza CX5. Yes it's not a chevy and I have been looking at a new vehicle but when I saw the car on their lot, I knew i had to get it. I wish I liked chevy vehicles so I could go there for every purchase I make but I'd rather have Madza. They were very helpful and worked a great deal with me. They are my preferred dealer and I don't even drive a chevy!

Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
Chris was great! Car was purchased site unseen and he was extremely helpful. He sent numerous pics of everything I asked for, warranteed the vehicle and helped get it transported properly. The transaction was completed in 3 days with delivery of my beautiful car. Great communication before, during and after my purchase.i I highly recommend this dealer.

I had a Mitsubishi Galant previously had 217 thousand miles. That was a reliable car so I decided to stay with Mitsubishi. Like The Outlander comfortable ride easy to get in and out of. Has almost all the bells and whistles you'd want.
I purchased a used vehicle off them a little over two years ago. I was so impressed with Chris and Bill that when I needed to purchase vehicles for my children I knew were to go. I have purchased a total of three vehicles from them and will continued to keep going back.

Drives smooth. Seats are very comfortable. Bluetooth is excellent. Does very good in snow. Extra storage compartments are handy. Overall very happy with purchasing my 2014 Dodge Journey
Got four tires balanced and installed. Ready when promised! Service manager great to work with. Car cleaned and ready to go! Would definitely recommend Laurel BMW!!

This is my 16th BMW since 1976 and I have never been disappointed. It's the perfect car for me, as I enjoy the performance, the style, the handling and the economy. I'm very pleased with 28+ MPG overall economy in any car that is capable of this type of performance. I cannot imagine that my next car won't be another BMW.
Made it back to Cincinnati and had a blast driving my new 535i. Fantastic car! Thanks for taking the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and a solid deal. I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception! BMW makes a great product. What many may not know is they loose value at an incredible rate. I purchased a used X1 last month. This one is 3yrs old had 21k miles and was priced at 22k. The list price only three years ago was 49k. While someone else took the depreciation hit I was able to take advantage of the loss and get a great value. I am averaging 30mpg and it’s fun to drive. Has all the bells and whistles of 2015 model year. I will say the back seat leg room is the only real complaint but with that being said it’s the smallest X series so that’s to be expected
I highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome value to look at this model as well as any other model. You will not be disappointed with car or the value of one when purchasing one that is 3-4years old. Again BMW makes a great product. While I didn't purchase my 328XI from Laurel BMW, I have used the repair facilities over the past two years and I have to say that this is by far the most professional and accessible shop I've seen in all of my years of driving. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, open and honest. When a repair is quoted, the price is right on the money and delivered as promised. Is it inexpensive to have my car serviced here - not at all - but since the staff is really on top of their game, I won't look elsewhere. Plus I can actually have an open and honest conversation with the service techs if I have questions or concerns - where else can you go to get that "plus"? I've dealt with mostly these folks and want to acknowledge them: Tracy Yeager - consummate professional and very, very good at what she does. Makes people feel welcomed and makes the customer feel confident in the staff. Seth - great tech - very open and very honest - highly recommend him to work on anyone's car. Bill - provides great conversation and fun to talk with while he drives me back and forth from the dealership/work - down to earth and just a good man to talk with. Bill Smith - met him twice at the dealership - seemed to genuinely care about how I was being treated as a customer and very easy to talk to. Most owners could care less about the customer as long as they're making money - my experience was quite the opposite. Openly said if there are any issues to feel free to contact him or anyone else to get issues resolved. Overall, just a great place to deal with!

I am very pleased with the Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 this truck is eveythat I was looking for in a truck. Has the 6 cylinder eco boost engine with 10 speed transmission, off-road package, tow package!

has more leg room then my old 2006, perfect. stayed with the reliable v8. the interior is very comfortable and is very fun to drive

Bought the car used with 50k on it. Still in very good shape. A lot of added options. Most frustrating aspect of the car is homelink and blue link. Can’t not get car to sync with garage door. And can’t start the car from bluelink app
The 5.0 R Spec is a fast and Race handling.
Once I see what the problems are. Should be worth the 17k I paid for it.
