This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! From the time I entered the dealer I was greeted properly. I was offered water. I had an appointment. My sales associate came out and greeted me with a great smile and a warm handshake and Said welcome to the parks family. Alfredo, my sales person was beyond exceptional, the process was easy. The gentle manager Justin came over introduced himself offered me snacks. It was exceptional experience. I purchased a vehicle here five years ago and the carp experience then was superb. Love that the dealership came to my hotel to get my vehicle and did an oil change tire rotation and did 3 recall warranty repairs while I continued my vacation! Dropped it off with the hotel valet as well. Will definitely use them again. They were amazing very accommodating and convenient.
