I went to the dealership with a specific car in mind. Salesman was accommodating and worked a deal that for my wallet quickly. I had one issue with the car & they addressed it at no cost to me. Very grateful.

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I drove from Cincinnati to and was treated great. This was by far the best experience i ever had buyong a car. My salesman was excellent and was attentive to my needs. Hubler is not like other dealers by getting you in the door and saying the was already sold, which happen to me several times. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Very quick and easy, Dalton was very knowledgeable, easy going, allowed me to look and make sure I was getting what I wanted and not pushing a sale. From start to finish the staff were awesome with me and my wife.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

I am somewhat of a car nut, I really enjoy the research and the search process. I was looking for a used SUV with 3 rows, AWD, and just a few years old. I enjoy a bit of luxury, and with my commuting I wanted something reliable but also very comfortable with some amenities. I narrowed it down to the Q7, GLS450, and the Aviator. I test drove all 3 and I won't go into the reviews of the other vehicles, they were certainly nice, but the Aviator came out ahead. I think bang for your buck, the Aviator delivers an equal if not superior product for much less than the others. The interior is spacious and luxurious, and I went with the 30 way power seats, which is basically like getting a custom fit glove for your body. The sound system (28 speaker option) is amazing, with really beautiful high notes. The bass could be deeper and louder, but I don't know that you can get that without a subwoofer. The interactive console is quick and fast, with incredible resolution. I imagine its akin to retina HD like the iphones have, its just crystal clear. The second row is captains chairs (optional, same price) which the kids love bc they have separation from siblings. Third row has enough room for kids but will be tight for adults. Engine power is adequate, with plenty of low end torque. If you're looking for Navigator or Escalade power this isn't at that level, but its plenty for my needs. It has many, many fun amenities. For example, your key fob can be used as a homing beacon, allowing you to find your car in a parking garage if you can't remember where you parked. Also your phone can be used as the key, so if you forgot your fob your key can open AND start the vehicle. Overall, this is a fantastic vehicle. Lincoln put themselves in direct competition with Audi, Mercedes and BMW for SUV luxury and they will not disappoint. This vehicle will drive like you're floating on a cloud, or quickly morph to a mako shark chasing tuna. You won't be disappointed.

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

I've been a Ford guy my whole life (75 ) , I have also been a car guy. This might be the last new car I buy so I might be overly critical. The Black Label Avaitor has all the great features (Maybe too many)It's a beautiful car and is a pleasure to drive. So what's my concern? The third seat!!!. I owned two Lincoln MKT's prior to the new Avaitor. The third seating was tight in the MKT's but doable,,,The new Avaitor works only if your 10 years old or less, have lost your legs or are a gymnast. I can't get anyone to ride in the third row unless they have never been in my car before....One and done.

Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

The Lincoln Aviator is high on comfort and gives a quiet, smooth ride. The leg room is ample and seats very comfortable for plus-sized people. The multiple built in safety features give the driver a sense of confidence on the road. It is a classy car.

AJ helped us from start to finish. He explained all off the features of the car a directed us our northern Indianapolis around the construction so we didn't get lost. Even had suggestions for where to stay in the area.

Lincoln is back! This is not a Ford, it's a totally different experience. Quality, performance, looks, materials, space, interior - it has it all. Slays the Cadillac, BMW, Audi, etc competitors.

I use the Penske service department to keep my G80 in tip top shape. They are efficient, cost effective and great comnunicators when it comes to what your car needs and the best cost that they can provide for service and repairs. Needed a cheap fast sale , truck at that for multiple reasons . Found a gem with a hair over 200,000 miles which I was a little skeptical at first but for a hair under $4000 I figured if I can get another 50,000 miles out of it , I wouldn't find a better deal on a truck in the 4K range . The first owner took meticulous care of this vehicle. All electronics work as should . Typical rear glass trim split as does on these , no worries. Still has a beautiful 4.6 purr . I've put 5,000 miles (hard) on it and oil level hasn't dropped not hasn't darkened much at all . Only downside is the exterior trim that hides wheel wells is a sneaky bit as I did find some Bondo on rear passenger door well , AFTER , I purchased. No worries there either . Put her on a lift and this is important especially if you live where she'll be seeing winter/salt. She does have some serious nook & cranny spots that without under carriage washes this truck wouldn't see this high of miles without some real Rot.mine has all surface rust with some future problems if I don't address asap . You'll see this problem spot location running along front to back on both sides where the running boards are integrated especially towards the rear peak way up in there as to where the frame would end and connect to the bumper that's a high problem area make sure to give these spots a look before you purchase this vehicle other than that these things take abuse and if taken care of properly I see him 300,000 or more miles!!!!!! Not bad for $4,000 seeing the original sticker price was 52,000 thank you American vehicles for having such low resale value especially for Lincoln Mercury!!!!

It's big, powerful and beautiful Pristine White. Quiet. Still getting used to the size and height. Only criticism so far is lack of place in cockpit to put stuff. Love the HUD and beautiful brown roast interior. Second row has two captain's seats.
