Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

My vehicle started running rough and was going to stall. I made it to the dealership. I did not have an appointment. Jose Rodas did an outstanding job in understanding my problem and said he would work me in for my work to be done. Jose got me a ride home. Jose called me the next morning and told me the problem. The mechanic fixed my problem and Jose called me that afternoon to pick up my vehicle. I really appreciate Jose and the mechanic fixing my vehicle in such a timely manner. I consider myself very lucky to have such a professional dealership such as D-Patrick that I can take my vehicle to for service. They do an excellent job in keeping my vehicle maintained and running. They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.
