Had this vehicle about a month so far and loving it! Easy to drive with lots of comfort and power. The twin turbos are awesome. Lots of creature comforts are standard. Got a great deal on this vehicle that would be out of my price range new.

Drove a long distance to get there because of an advertised price. Then they added $1,000 in fees.

From all of the high tech features, the wonderful sound system, the comfortable adjustable seats that are both heated and cooled, it drives like a dream. I had to get used to the size but it was well worth it but I will have to admit that the true selling feature was the running boards.

Amazing experience! I walked onto their lot just to browse & was quickly greeted by their friendly staff! My family & I were devastated from hurricane Milton as we lost both our vehicles & they were understanding of our situation & did everything they could to get us back into a vehicle! Very grateful for their relentless effort & they earned a customer for life! 10 stars if i could! Highly recommend !!!

Excellent all around vehicle with high riding seat great trunk space 4 wheel drive towing of 9000 lbs and great all around visibility. Also very comfortable ride.

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! Very gracious and helpful salesman. I appreciated that there were no extra dealer fees to pay - just the SC tax and tag fee. Also no requirement to pay with a debit card before you even get to drive the car if you are local.

We loved Adam from the Illinois store in Fort Wayne! He was awesome, found a 2008 Lincoln MXK in super great condition for me, we test drove, financed and drove away in about 2 hours (which is amazing!) and that was 3 years ago!
