New and used 2025 Lincoln Navigator for sale near Molalla, OR

I've been looking at Aviators since 2021. After getting screwed around by several other dealers, one phone call to John Newman and I had my Aviator within 2 months.

I found it difficult to make an appointment on the phone. Many calls no answer! I made the appointment in person at the service desk with Alyssa in the afternoon, that went well. Later that afternoon and evening I got text messages asking if I wanted valet service which I agreed to. The next morning when I had my appointment, I didn?t hear from the valet and called Courtesy Ford to find out the text messages came from AI ( Daisy) and had not been scheduled with the service department. That was a bit troublesome having to make a later appointment with valet and the service department. Once that was done everything went well. The valet people kept me well informed as to their arrivals and was much appreciated .

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! I had the best experience ever in purchasing a new 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. The sales person Hunter Graf was exceptional. He did a super job in getting me acquainted with the new controls on the Nautilus.

Richard did a great job of taking care of my needs. Appointment scheduled on time and service completed as planned. Priced as quoted and customer friendly.

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.

Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.

A couple of frustrating things, like a chip on the door I noticed after getting home. But generally positive.

Service staff were very friendly. I dropped my car off for service and the work was completed very quick! I used to go to another dealership where I bought my car but will be coming to Autonation Ford from now on.

The whole long distance purchase went very smoothly. Very professional and efficient team. We did drive up to pick up our new car and were given a thorough briefing and demonstration on our car.
