I thought I treated very fairly and was able to make a good deal in purchasing a new Lincoln. Everyone was very friendly and eager to answer my questions and concerns.

I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

When we first came in, we spoke with Brian. He had a high energy and told us he would walk us through the process. We saw a few vehicles that i didnt care for but we worked until he found the vehicle i wanted and I appreciate that! You said the 4th would be the charm and you were right. I got the best deal ever. More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Our salesperson Robert Brannan was extremely professional. A better word would be AWESOME !!!!! From the time we walked in the dealership to the time we drove home in our new to us Audi Robert answered all of our questions. Robert continued to answer our questions after our sale. No better word than AWESOME tot descripe Robert.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

My wife & I have bought 2 vehicles from the dealership in the last year. An EV6 in June 2024 and a Sportage XL Prestige in July 2025. Our salesman James Wind was very knowledgable, friendly and patient. He listened to our needs and gave us great recommendations. He did not feel any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle or add-ons. He answered every question that we had. Gave us test drives in the vehicles we were interested in. Introduced us to the Service Manager Kim and the finance manager. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. Carriage even gave us a better trade-in deal for our 2022 Subaru Outback Touring than Subaru would! We will be back next year for another vehicle and looking forward to working with James Wind again.

I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

I've had 5 lincolns,4 of them from Pugmire. I love Pugmire.Their service is impeccable.However in the 7 years of having my cars maintenanced by them ,I have never been able to get a loaner vehicle and I don't like that.Now my 23 Corsair has an issue and the part is on back order. When the part comes in and I take my car in, will I be without a car again?? Also a worker made a negative comment about another worker in front of me that was very inappropiate and unprofessional- I felt some type of way about that. But I know that we are all imperfect humans and we make mistakes ,Pugmire is still my go to.

I have owner many vehicles and this by far is the best car on the road! Looks good, drives great, comfortable, step on the gas and it goes, not one problem. A perfect car.
