2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2018 Toyota Camry review
I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

2017 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. From the very start of my car shopping in June, 2023, I chose Matthews Planet Pre-Owned on the Vestal Parkway. One of my high school pals, Donna Shelp Fletcher, works there as their title clerk. I contacted her and asked her who I could work with at the dealership to help me find a vehicle. I ended up working with Andy Busch, who was very helpful, patient, and friendly. I really like how they do not pressure you at all. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Chevy Trax. They gave me an excellent trade in for my Volkswagen Beetle. Everyone I came in contact with during this process were fantastic. Prior to buying this vehicle, I had a Volkswagen Beetle which had a recall. I called them, they set up an appt and were very accommodating & friendly. Took care of it with no problem! This past spring, I had an issue with my tire not taking in air at an air pump. I drove it right over to the service center and made it there before they closed. They checked the tire thoroughly. While I was waiting, Jim Morse GM, happened to be walking out into the service area, saw me and was so friendly. He doesn't know me from Adam! He asked if I was being helped so I told him my car was being looked at. He walked right over to them to see how it was going. He didn't have to do that! Then Tim Salisbury, (I believe he's a service mgr), who checked me in to begin with & a truly kind and friendly man,said they wanted to perform a thorough check to make sure nothing was wrong with the tire, so I waited in the Waiting Room, which is very clean & comfortable, has vending machines, and even popcorn, coffee, and water available while you wait. Every employee who walks by smiles and says hello. When my car was finished, Tim came to get me from the waiting room, said everything was good to go and no charge!!!!!!! They really want the best for you. Today I went back again for my NYS inspection. Tim checked me in... Again, so kind. I went to the waiting room. Jim Morse happened to walk by, again not knowing me, had a huge smile and a friendly "Hi! How are you doing?" Tim came out a short while later and said "You're all set!" It passed! I 150% recommend Matthews Planet Pre-Owned for buying a vehicle and for all your auto service needs. Oh, forgot to mention that I also got an oil change a couple months back. Great service, as usual. Who else gives you a card for a free car wash after each service? Just Matthews! They are, in my opinion, the best for all your auto needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

2024 Toyota Corolla review
Mine is an American made LE. It was bought at a time when very few stripped-down models were available. Using Toyota's parts website, I paid about 1/3 the price for options like the bumper protector, door edge guards, door trim, mud guards and all weather mats. True, it's got cheap materials and Toyota skipped even putting an engine cover to quiet it up (although, in Southern California, the engine cover can retain heat that's not as beneficial as it would be in a place further north). Regularly reaches 37 MPG combined short trips and 20-mile commutes. Longer freeway drives easily goes over 42 MPG. One of the most surprising things about this car is the OEM tires. They are solid, they maintain their air pressure over many months, unlike my friends' who also have bought new Toyotas and half much less consistent tires. The car is regularly parked outside with sun exposure and the exterior seems to hold up okay after 2 years. I did do a break-in oil change at 500 miles and I do oil changes at 5,000 miles. I need this car to last me a long time and the Toyota recommended service intervals will not lead to longevity. There are many Toyota experts who encourage even shorter intervals between oil changes based on Southern California severe driving standards. Too much traffic is considered severe driving. Something else, if this car were bought 55 miles South, in Mexico, the grade of oil would be very different. In America, 0W-8 is the official oil viscosity. In Tijuana, Baja California, 0W-20 is recommended and 5W-30 is even acceptable further south... On Toyota's own documentation! For the summer oil, I have 0W-16 put in it. The car is near the ocean and never has been exposed to anything near freezing temperatures. My friend helps me maintain the car and he gets a lot of information from a Toyota Master diagnostic technician on YouTube, "A Car Care Nut." As a final note, the optical systems that are used for safety for Toyotas have a service memo stating that their safety systems are only guaranteed if windshield replacements are done with Toyota glass and the devices calibrated with Toyota software. In car insurance, you have to show this information to your insurance company for them to approve the OEM glass and Toyota body shop work. The windshield and calibration easily runs over $2,000. I have seen those windshield companies claim that they calibrate the safety system only for it not to work in a future accident. Be your own best advocate and insist on Toyota glass and calibration. By the way, we also looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi. 2022 Mazda CX-30 review
Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

2022 Subaru Ascent review
Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

2020 Acura TLX review
I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO
