Working with Nathan Waitinas at Thayer Honda was an absolute pleasure! Nathan is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly very professional! The buying process of my Honda CR-V took 4 days (I had some add-ons done). Nathan stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Nathan if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

I was in search of a reliable crossover vehicle. Chris Douglas showed me several vehicles, talked about their safety features, and made the process easy for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable with a no pressure sales approach that put me at ease. Robin Thayer worked my finances out so that payments are something I can manage. I am happy in my Honda CR-V and I would definitely recommend seeking Chris out to help find your next car!

Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! Excellent experience and good to see there are honest, reliable and caring used car dealers out there. City Wide will definitely get my business again when time to upgrade or get another vehicle.
