I'm 67 years Old and have bought alot of cars in my Life. This was , by far, The BEST experience I ever had. Simon and everybody at Autobay were Fantastic to deal with. No hidden fees or Add ons the total price is exactly as quoted on website. Simon told me as I was leaving if there was any Problems or Issues with the car just call him. A small problem came up with the Brakes and before I could even explain the issue he told me to bring it in. I brought it in he asked for the keys put it right up on the lift and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. And again as I was leaving he told me If any other issue to call him right away and he would make it right. I have NEVER received that kind of service before.. With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything.
