2018 Maserati Levante review
We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. I have had everything from hugely lifted dually trucks, Porsche’s,Corvette’s,BMW’s,Mercedes,etc etc etc and my Maserati is by far the hands down sweetest ride Ive ever owned! Car commands supreme attention wherher Im driving or is parked as people stop and fawn over it…. On the interstate its a rocket second to none! Lol If you’re a single guy get a Maserati and the women young and old will forget they have boyfriends and husbands as they smile at you in this Italian masterpiece. I wont even go into the equally supreme melody of the literal Ferrari engine as it screams! Love my Masi

2008 Maserati Quattroporte review
Hey! Why not a long-term review? I'm the guy above who wrote a review back in 2015 after a week of ownership. That's just a teaser, as it turns out. I've now owned this car (Carbonio Nero GTS, bells and whistles, etc) for 7 1/2 years, and I've put about 50K miles on it. It has broken down/stranded me exactly once (in the rain, at the SFO parking garage) due to its JAPANESE Nippondenso alternator, which I removed and had rebuilt, then replaced myself. Not for the faint-hearted, as it requires removing the top of the intake manifold, but straight forward as far as repairs go. That was six years ago. That having been said, my QP has been to as mechanic exactly...ZERO times for repairs, although it spend a week at my local guy's getting prepped for its initial collaudo (inspection) at the Motorizazzione Ufficio. This is because, when we moved to Italy in late 2020, my wife and I brought the QP with us. Because it was a US-spec car, it had to be certified to EU spec by the government office. There was five months' bureaucratic paperwork to be completed, a bit of work replacing the TPMS sensors, and a Photoshop-generated new speedo label which read in KM/H. My gorgeous deep grey window tint had to go, as it's illegal here in Italy. Now my beautiful QPV with 85K miles on the odometer is back on the street. We live exactly four blocks from the Maserati factory in Modena. Wave when you hear us go by! There is exactly one issue, which I suspect is not specific to my own car--the factory wheels. In my opinion, they are substandard. Four out of five developed hairline cracks in normal freeway driving, which led to replacing wheels and tires as onesies to the tune of $1800.00 a few years back, until I finally broke down and installed factory-spec aftermarket five spoke wheels. Nary a problem since. This QPV is a xxxx of a car. No plans to ever sell it or trade it in.

Car has been great to own but after 5 exotics I am burn out from car shows gatherings and such and I have lost interest in my Italian sickness. Car is fully serviced all records and new clutch so no need for anything.

2024 Maserati GranTurismo review
I've owned my 2024 GT for 4 months and it has been an absolute pleasure. It drives and handles very well. The technology is pretty impressive. The only issue is that being a sport coupe has low clearance, so one has to be careful while parking next the curve parking and with speed bumps. However, it provides a great driving experience.
