I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I always have the very best experience in everything provided. Customer Service, follow ups and all of my concerns were all addressed the best way. Will Hamilton went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gauging dealership. As usual my service advisor josh is amazing and never push for anything that is not needed.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I took my Explorer in for a sudden shaking that started when my car was in idle. My car was diagnosed within a day and although the original prediction was up to 10 days for repairs, I had it back within a day of when the repairs were started. Bill kept me up to date on progress and when my car was ready, a Lyft was sent to my office to get me back to the dealership. I have had my car for almost 8 years and have exclusively used my Irvine Tuttle-Click for my Explorer’s service and maintenance. I needed a new car in the middle of the "stay home". I was pleased to find that they were open as I only had minimal ideas what I wanted. We drove on the lot and I saw a model that took my breath away. We had a little problem getting in because they weren't expecting anyone but all safety procedures were applied gloves, masks etc. In the show room they another model on display which was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was could I afford it. I am widowed and retired. We sat down and worked on pricing and came up with a figure I will be able to manage. The rebates were more than the cost of outside financing so I went with the rebates although they did offer zero interest. I am very thrilled and happy with my new car. It's a shame I can't drive it more at the moment!

I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price. I needed a new car. I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have. I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car. No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!
