We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I contacted Mario Arellano, whom my family bought 4 Toyota vehicles in the past, for help buying a new Toyota RAV4. He introduced us to Tarek Abdelmuti who took us to various lots showing us RAV4s in various colors and the different classes they come in until we found the exact color and class we were looking for.
We got a great deal and financing. Couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Tarek Abdelmuti and Mario Arellano, they are the best and extremely wonderful people who really care about getting the perfect car and price for you.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Easiest car lease transaction so far. Got upfront numbers from Minh and he made it even better when we got to the dealership. Real quick process and great deal on our CX5 lease. Definitely way under compared to some of the other numbers we got from other dealerships. Highly recommend them and ask for Minh Leduc when you are there. Great job guys!
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.
I found Nash Auto through a friend of mine that has purchased several vehicles from this dealership. I went by to take a look at the selection and was surprised by the quality and the selection. They mainly stock high end vehciles with surprisingly low prices. I came in and dealt with JR who was vey knowledgeable of the selection, the vehicles and knew exactly what i wanted by asking me just a few questions which helped me tremendously. I found the Lexus that i wanted from the low miles, the exterior color and the interior color, it was Jackpot for me. The most important part of my experience was that i didn't feel pressured to purchase, they offered me to take it for a drive and come back in an hour if i liked the vehicle and make a decision when i was ready. I made my decision quickly due to finding the car that i wanted and for the deal that i got. The service was great and the time i spent purchasing a vehcile was less an hour, they financed it, had my vehicle detailed and provided me with an extra detail at no charge just for coming in. I had recently just purchased my third car in a row from Nash Auto and could not have been happier with the experience. They worked with me to get me the best deal possible and clearly explained how the price was comprised for the new vehicle. I worked with MO he was very amicable, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I had at no point felt pressured on any front. They followed-up with me a couple of times to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and was not experiencing any issues. They even sent me a check a month later because they had originally overcharged me a little for license plate transfers, now that says honesty! I would highly recommend and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Having already endured extensive online searching, test drives, pushy salesmen, and over all car shopping unpleasantness, I was referred to Nash Auto. Who knew the process could be made this simple? After a visit to the dealer. I drove away in a slightly used 2015 Lexus IS 250 F sport within 24 hours. No pressure, quick financing, and absolutely the best price on this model anywhere in the country. This is the only way to buy a car. I highly and exuberantly recommend Nash Auto.
I came back again! This time to trade my old Lexus GS and get 2015 Lexus GS 350 F sport. Nash Auto was amazing at finding me the exact car I was looking for while the Sales Manager was fabulous at making the car within my budget. The guys here really do an awesome job!
I bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid it was in GREAT condition and below blue book Drives great and look great inside and out. Paul is a great salesman. I had no complaints. I would recomment this place for the best prices and great looking used cars.
