This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Very knowledgeable and attentive. And, no pressure. Follow up after the sale was stupendous. They did not push us into extras and provided real information.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. I also want to thank the Mazda design engineers and their team who are responsible for creating the luxurious CX-90. Thanks for designing a premium luxurious vehicle while keeping customers in mind by it also being fuel efficient economy equipped too 😎❤️❤️💯. This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Good customer service. Everything was well explained and the process was seamless. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely do business with them again.

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

Explained my issue and was given several alternatives to possibly minimize my cost after I was told by a repair shop a replacement transmission was in order. Not that it might not lead to replacement but why jump to that solution..

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased.
