This was one of the easiest, low pressure purchases I've made on an automobile in a long time. The sales staff (especially Ethan) at Courtesy Mazda was friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. The post sales service was impressive as well. The staff carefully went through the thick owner's manual with me, and gave me a lot of helpful tips. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a low stress experience. The CX-5 is a wonderful automobile, by the way.

I had purchased a Mazda 6 from Tumminia (when it was Independence Mazda) about 15 years and decided to purchase a CX-5 this year. The buying process was low pressure, and I love the vehicle so far. I felt at ease with this dealership, after spending two weeks haggling with other dealers about what "payments I could afford" when all I needed to know was the price of the car. Great service and experience. I got my car before the expected day of arrival and it was very convenient for is. Matt was great at going through all the paper work with us and the product specialist explained all the features of the car which was very helpful. James wilder. All day every day, incredible salesmen. So helpful, not pushy, and just a great guy. Left with my mom's dream car with the price we wanted. If you end up with him, you'll end up happy. Took a lot of negotiating for the trade in though. First offer was pretty insulting.
