We recently purchased a vehicle at Johnson Lexus of Durham and the process was an absolute pleasure throughout. Adedeji Famoroti guided us through the selection and acquisition process. During an amazing tour of the facility Adedeji introduced us to Ron Kerr who told us about the maintenance program and facilities. We quickly settled on the car we wanted and were thrilled when it arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Pickup was well coordinated and efficient - Simon Lunt did a great job steering us through the purchase process and consideration of additional services available. I cannot say that about Flow in Greensboro. I wish I would’ve went to Modern first and I probably wouldn’t have had to buy another car and taken 5 1/2 months to fix mine. No issues before that day.
