My brother was in need of a new all wheel drive vehicle, as he lives in Maine. His financial situation required a low payment. The Sport Utility Vehicles are very expensive, but I told my brother Mitsubishi is an excellent vehicle, as I previously owned a Lancer. I sent an email to them, and we went back and fourth requesting information. Randall, the sales manager sent me an excellent quote for the vehicle and let his sales person Tony collect the rest of the information that was needed to get the deal done. They got financing for my brother, and we went down to their dealership to complete the paper work, to purchase the vehicle. All the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Tony and Tom (business manager). We were offered a few extra's ( no hard sell), agreeing to buy one (tire package). My brother purchased the vehicle. The company took care of registering the vehicle, in Maine and will deliver the vehicle to my brother. I highly recommend you check out their dealership if you need a good all wheel drive vehicle at an excellent price. The vehicle he purchased was an Outlander Sport, with a 2.0L engine. I could have went to a dealer closer to my home, but I knew he would not come close to matching their offer.

When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I must say it was a quick and painless process! I’ve heard horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships and all the headaches associated with the two. So I was skeptical about even attempting to purchase a car from a dealership of this size. But I found a car that I loved on their website and after inquiring online, their internet salesman, Carson, reached out. He was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had and even helped me schedule a test drive! When I got to lot I drove around until I found the car I had seen online. The info online was accurate as well as the photos! I was then approached by Richard Morgan who asked me all the right questions and was very quick to get the keys and send me on a test drive! Richard was absolutely fantastic and made this intimidating experience a memorable one! I decided to think about the purchase after the test drive and Richard was very understanding. He and I spoke on the phone for the next few days and we came to an agreement on the purchase price!!! He got all the necessary paperwork ready and even got my financing approved before I got off from work!!! I was in and out of the office in about an hour, with my new car!!! 5 star service! Highly recommend Richard, Carson and the whole Shelor team!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! All my future vehicles will be purchased from Shelor Motor Mile!!
