I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need for a new car. Gary Cox met us at the front and was extremely helpful through the whole process of my purchase. He was very patient and informative, and was completely understanding that I was unsure about making a purchase on the spot. Brittany and Greg were also extremely helpful with the whole process. Everybody that helped us at Ray Price gave us great service. I loved that they weren't pushy at all about selling the car. They gave me a wonderful deal and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to used car buyers. The dealership exceeded our expectations in every way. The car was perfect and all preps were complete. They put brand new Yokohama tires at 26k miles and the car did not have a scratch on it. I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?
