I've said this before and will stand by this: Browning doesn't set the bar, they are the bar. Browning goes up, above, and beyond to take care of each and every customer, with a team (everyone who is out front with customerd and those behind the scene) that is above all the rest making them the best. That means everyone in service, sales, admin, managment, maintenance, mechanics/techs, used and new department, parts (both for service and for public), along with each and every staff member behind the scenes making the whole dealership run so smoothly and of the very 1st person you see, the receptionist. THANK YOU one and all. I'm a high mileage driver with a 2019 M3 thst runs like new because Browning is the best and has prevented any and all serious issues. I needed a new car in the middle of the "stay home". I was pleased to find that they were open as I only had minimal ideas what I wanted. We drove on the lot and I saw a model that took my breath away. We had a little problem getting in because they weren't expecting anyone but all safety procedures were applied gloves, masks etc. In the show room they another model on display which was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was could I afford it. I am widowed and retired. We sat down and worked on pricing and came up with a figure I will be able to manage. The rebates were more than the cost of outside financing so I went with the rebates although they did offer zero interest. I am very thrilled and happy with my new car. It's a shame I can't drive it more at the moment!

You can tell he has fun in his role as a Service Advisor and enjoys what he does. I had non service related questions and he was able to provide me the guidance I needed to move forward.
