I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

Tyler was my service advisor for my last visit and the whole process from start to finish was perfect! I was a last minute addition to their schedule and not only he was he kind my car was complete in record time. Made an appointment online for service with AutoNation Toyota. Gary, my service advisor, got my vehicle in, completed the requested service in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process, including arranging for a shuttle when I needed it while I waited for my vehicle service to be completed. I will continue to go to the service and request Gary when possible to facilitate my future service needs with my RAV4.

MJ was very nice and keep good communication. He Sent information on trucks that I was interested in. Even though I didn't purchase a truck though him. I would give him a call to see if he has what your looking for.

The only issue that I have is that they wouldn’t drop the price of the vehicle to what was shown on the internet. I was told that they have no control over what a third party pricing. Otherwise they were courteous and responded to my inquirie quickly.

The buying process was easy. But it did help that I already went with a pre-approval letter and check from my credit union. The only dislike was the sell of warranties. If I'm buying a pre-certified used vehicle, I shouldn't have to buy another warranty to cover electrical if the original warranty is bumper to bumper!

They buying process was a little shaky at the beginning re: trade in value, but when the owner learned of this he stepped in and made a fair offer. Very pleased with my experience at Mountain Hyundai.
