The service needed is always laid out in a video of their inspection of the car which is emailed to the customer prior to any work being done. Complex problems have been explained and have received the attention of the Service Manager who has contacted me directly where warranted, Most important is my resulting confidence in the work done.
2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
Car drives and handles like a true sports (not race) car. The hardtop convertible is a big plus especially if you aren’t keeping this somewhat protected from the elements. The only small complaint is where the glove box is located. I understand they have it in the center for interior constraints, but I wish they would have found some way to have it by the passenger front side.

2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. Is you're looking for excuses to take it out for a ride.

As the dealer promised in their response to the review, they stepped up in a big way and found the part my daughter needed to get her CX-5 back on the road. We really appreciate John Kennedy Mazda going the extra mile to service her new car given that the shortage of catalytic converters is a nation-wide problem. This was not an easy problem to solve and the dealer put in the extra effort to remedy the problem. We appreciate the good service and would recommend this dealer.
