INFINITI of Omaha review
I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. To give an idea of how well this buying experience was would be difficult. My secretary found the car I wanted at a price lower than I expected to spend. I contacted the dealer via Cars.com. Ernie got back with me in about 20 minutes. I asked for a buyers order and a video any imperfection on the car. I contacted my credit union who called and verified the funds available. I went the next day and signed paperwork. There was a problem that the door on the passenger side but Ernie had already put the car in the shop to repair. Meanwhile the finance guy thought he courage me some interest on the loan and surprisingly he did! Ernie brought the car to me the very next day in Hammond. Literally no stress at all. I’d call Ernie again at the drop of a hat!
