We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

So nice car so fast so much options and futuristic it’s future world of cars performance, AMG I would recommend it for smart people it’s great

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I recently purchased a BMW 750i from Caseys and I can honestly say it was a great experience. They were honest with me and even let me take the car to my own mechanic to get it inspected before purchasing the car . The process of buying the car was super quick and it only took about 20 minutes. Overall i had a great experience at Caseys and I got a great car for a great price.

Amazing team, amazing car. I'm not sure what the other review is referring to, but they were all professionals, including the previous GM that was kind enough to take the time to continue to assist me AFTER he left. I do know that most wordy reviews come from frustrated people that are usually unreasonable. I wouldn't buy or Service a Cadillac anywhere else.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.
