I am from out-of-state and she made sure that the process was a breeze from beginning to end!! She is very thorough with communication, no questions left unanswered. Took her time to show me the vehicle operations inside and out!! Go see her, she will take good care of you!!! Update: I?ve had my GLC300 for almost 2 weeks now. Laura is still checking in on me to make sure things are going smooth with my new vehicle. I reached out her to send me some of the service history on the vehicle and she sent it right away. I purchased my car three years ago, and every time I return for my service appointments, the staff is incredibly friendly. The entire experience, from making the appointment to receiving my car back, is top-notch. I have my own service advisor, Steve, who is amazing. He explains everything clearly and ensures that I understand my options. Steve excels at his job and at building a positive relationship with me. He also keeps me updated by texting while my car is in service. Additionally, the dealership recently underwent a remodel and looks fabulous. They even have a chef who prepares breakfast or lunch when it’s ordered—how great is that? Cooked to order and it’s FREE! My sales representative, Bill Harris, is honest, knowledgeable, and patient, truly an all-around good guy. He even calls me to remind me of important dates related to my car and my birthday, which is such a nice touch. I'm going to be a customer for life! Great job, everyone!
