Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,

Amazing experience purchasing a new car. The Sales Consultant Stephen Rodriguez and Sales Manager Sal Sultan both demonstrated outstanding customer service, kindness, and made the experience easy. In addition, the Finance Manager Capone Sychareun made the paperwork easy to manage and understand. Would recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a new car :)

Mercedes-Benz of South Bay review
Buying a new car should be fun but often now it has become a boring chalenge .... Noticeably Mercedes Benz of South Bay is still highly selective for its Sales and marketing team . My experience with Monika T. and Chris M. was simply remarkable ; Courteous , professional and straight forward very rare qualities nowadays . Thanks to them buying a Mercedes is still a special treat .

I saw a Subaru outback onyx edition on car gurus. I message that I was interested in the car and. Danny Nguyen called me right away. I made arrangements to go the next day. He gave me a price for my car to trade in. He answered all my questions and didn?t give me the runaround. He was very polite and didn?t try to push me into the sale. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

Mercedes-Benz of West Covina review
Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
We just purchased our second Mercedes from Tommy Tran at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach, CA. The showroom is the nicest I've ever been in. Tommy is full of energy and made us feel like VIP's on both car deals. He is our go to car guy!

Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
We purchased a used 2016 Toyota Corolla from Mercedes Benz of Long Beach last night. From my first email interaction with the online sales contact, Isabel, through the sales process over a few days with Steve, they treated us like royalty as if we were purchasing a brand new $60K Mercedes from them. I would highly recommend this dealer for a professional and pleasant buying experience!
