Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

I'm replacing a 17 y/o E-320 that I loved. I am now infatuated with the New 2021 E-450 4 matic it just so happens to be the Motor Trend car of the year. Very nice exterior styling. Fantastic interior. all the latest technology and a great interior. The strait V-6 with turbo is smooth as silk. The optional Air Body control suspension makes for a fantastic smooth ride.

I've had only great experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I bought a used 2012 GLK from Michael Prati, who was able to find me the perfect match within my price range. He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time I've returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.
