Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
While working with Mr. Bouchard, an amazing, albeit almost unheard of thing transpired... Initially, WE decided maybe it was not the most opportune time for me to purchase a new vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from Ron. For this reason, when I felt the time was right, I reached back out to him. It was my first time leasing a vehicle; however, he and Sandra Snyder (in Finance) handled me with kitten gloves... even with it being late in the evening and I was their last client, I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed to make the best financial decisions. Overall a good experience. Quality vehicles, tough negotiators. You get what you pay for though. Service and repairs could be explained a bit more thoroughly, but done to high standards. Work can be slow at times.
Got caught in the holidays trying to buy a car I found online @ elite auto brokers. I spent a week out of town but was told to rest asure the car I wanted would be placed on hold inspite of other coustomer being interested in the same vehicles. Needless To say after spending another week getting my paper work in order they remained true to there word and assisted me in all my needs. It's been a long time since I have purchased a SUV and Sean made it very easy without a lot of wasted time. My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time.
