After waiting 46 years I finally purchased the Ford Mustang GT that I’ve desired. Chuck in sales a very friendly no pressure sort of guy, and very experienced and helpful. Jimmy, the owner, appeared and introduced himself. He was very personable and helpful also. And Lisa was a sweetheart, even meeting me on her day off to produce some additional paperwork that the state of Connecticut required. The car, practically in showroom condition, is amazing. This dealership is almost 90 minutes from my home but definitely worth the trip. The showroom, in a old brick factory building, is itself worth the trip. The classic and muscle cars display is reminiscent of an auto museum. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The service team at Mercedes Benz of Latham is excellent! I have owned many Mercedes vehicles over the years. The service professionals have helped me with minor, routine maintenance issues as well as some more significant issues. No matter what kind of service is being done, each service provider I have dealt with has been courteous and informative. Matt Pagani assists me often and does a terrific job. Chris and his entire team have always gone the extra mile for me and have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend the service professionals at MB of Latham without reservation. 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!
