Mercedes Benz of Orlando stands as a remarkably pleasant experience for me. I showed up unannounced to see a couple of vehicles I was interested in. Being warmly received by John at the entrance was just the begging of the positive experience. I was accommodated with every request, every question was answered with clarity. John was professional, knowledgeable and amiable. He got the vehicle I wanted with all the features and in the color I desired. One week later I was picked up at home driven to Mercedes Benz of Orlando to pick up my new 2026 GLA 250. On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

Great car. Love it. But for the price you should at least get leather interior, not that artificial look. But it rides beautifully. Feel safe in it.
