I recently bought a car here. It wasn't new, and it wasn't even a Volvo. But they prepared the car for sale, changed the engine oil, and it looked practically like new. They showed me everything I asked, gave me a test drive, and explained everything I didn't understand. Thanks to the entire dealership team. Great family car to have with plenty of room and nice design inside and out and hugs the road with very good highway ride in particular. It also feels very safe.

It's like driving a low riding, luxury mini van. Drives like a luxury car. Functions like a minivan. Safe as a tank. Never felt safer driving any car. Love the 2nd row bucket seats for kids. Lots of room, and none of the, "Stop touching me!" The kids can climb through to the third row, which is convenient (when stopped of course). Massive cargo space to tote sports equipment and groceries, and lawn chairs - you name it. Designed for a family with plenty of cup holders which everyone knows but might not admit, is very important. Mercedes high quality materials. Cleans up to like new. Love it!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! For starters I had a very late appt (6pm they close @7) to accommodate my work schedule & Went in there with questions that were patiently answered with help & reassurance, but also walked out of there was an absolutely amazing vehicle. Not 1 time did I feel rushed or pushed for time either. I am truly thankful for all of Jose & Brandon's experience and help. I typically try an avoid car lots because in a lot of cases you have people that just come out and make the whole experience feel like "lets make a sale" but not here. Here its about what you are looking for and how can they help you find that. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to have an great car buying experience and an equally great vehicle as they also have a very great selection to choose from as well!

I am the second owner of this, bought from a family member who had it serviced at the MB dealership all of its life. Other than the air ride failing, and being replaced prior to my ownership the only problem has been a leaky o ring on the p/s reservoir. It was a half hour fix, and with the fluid and o ring it was under 25.00! I’m absolutely thrilled with this crossover and take it out more than my other Benz, because it’s comfortable, all wheel drive, air ride,panoramic roof, the list goes on. Paddle shifters and AMG rims are the icing on the cake.

Enjoy our R350 . It was truly ahead of its time in design and functionality. It’s a 3row car with 4 wheel drive that gets good gas mileage. Small but large at the same time.

It's a Benz so it delivers as one would expect. The ride is nice and the interior is so flexible with the seating. With 77,000 miles it feels and looks brand new! Love it. Our new traveling car. Let's go on a long trip.

Love it. Suspension is so responsive. My R320 has AMG styling package plus a performance module. Hate having to sell it. Seats are very comfortable!

We originally looked at the GL's for their style and options, but were disappointed with the access to the 3rd row. We looked down the lot at the R's, peeked in, and were instantly surprised! Pros and Cons...let's start with the easy one, I really can't think of anything to complain about with this car. Maybe that it's long, but I love the spaciousness inside. And I do wish the nav/radio screen was touch-screen but once you get used to it, it's fine. Pros - navigation is great (coming from Cadillac Nav). Several years ago I drove an ML that was a 2002 and it was so utilitarian, not very luxurious for what you pay. They've fixed that! The ride is smoooooth. Engine has plenty of power, can't imagine how fast the R500's are. Seats are comfy. Love the captains chairs in the second row which provide super-easy access to the 3rd row. My kids love the dual TV's in the headrests. Sunroof is great. Something I hated about my Cadillac SRX that is great in the R: turning radius. Didn't realize how important it was until I had a car (the SRX) that had a horrible radius. The Benz is big but is so easy to maneuver! We also considered the Buick Enclave/GMC Acadia/Chevy Traverse. For the features we wanted the Benz (we bought used) actually turned out to be a better deal than the used Buick!

The R350 is a roomy hauler that really handles well and is very comfortable. With the BlueTec diesel, the mileage is great and returns the EPA rated mileage easily.

It’s in good condition I test drove it and it drives wonderfully , Interior gray , ac works , and i was told it has 154,743 miles.

We bought the Subaru, that speaks for it's self. We really like the all wheel drive.

We have owned it since 2010 and have enjoyed the vehicle for the past 10 years. AWD and safe vehicle that will get 25+ mpg on the highway. Very sharp looking SUV/Crossover. Black exterior with 2-tone interior that is like new.

I bought my car almost 2 years ago with 130,000 miles on it. It's in excellent condition, inside and out. I've put about 5,000 in it for repairs,(new battery, tire sensors, and such) but I keep in mind that I only paid 5.600 for the car in first place. I believe I got an awesome deal even though the nearest dealership charged me 410.00 to replace 6 spark plugs. I have to agree with the other comments about the low visibility when the headlights are in lowbeam. Overall, I love my car, and I feel safe driving it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who appreciates cars and realizes that you have to take care of them!!

incredible people or anything mover at low cost to operate. Extremely comfortable particularly on long highway trips. Quiet and comfortable and with the 3.0L diesel engine, it will go forever. Not to mention the AWD which will take you anywhere through anything.

Just purchased, 2011 R350 model with 47K. Can't vouch for reliability yet. Clearly the 2006/7 models had some major issues but the 2011/2 gasoline models seem to have their act together. Apparently all the Bluetec diesels are engineering disasters - so stay away! My vehicle is a single owner with a clean CarFax. No apparent problems or repairs. An amazing value if you're comfortable rolling the dice on an off warranty, luxury vehicle. They simply don't make an equivalent today. It's a minivan without the van or stigma attached (yes, that matters to me - don't judge)! Last chance to find a low mileage version - not many produced so you better act fast.
