Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

My sales person was “Dale”!!! Who greeted me and helped me with all my needs from the moment I pulled into the parking spot. He was very helpful finding a car to fit all my desires and needs. He has gone above and beyond your typical sales person. He has kept in contact with me after the purchase to see if I had any questions or needs. This would be my second S class I had an E class before and the S class hands-down is the best there is nothing like it extremely classy stylish driving it is super comfortable it’s like floating on air I absolutely love this car extremely Luxury

This lovely car has all functions I need. It is so comfortable, I really enjoyed the hot or warm massages and feel safe to drive with the driver assistance.

Beautiful design more than adequate performance. Comfortable some systems and adjustments or settings are not intuitive and complex to get to. Drivers door lock or both doors opening

I bought a used Honda Civic from Hyundai of Cool Springs and my experience was great. My salesperson was Sonny Farmer and he was outstanding. I am not the easiest customer to sell a car to. I do lots of research and take my time. Sonny was very patient with me. I spent serval weeks deciding if this was the right car for me and they worked with me to make a deal that I was happy with. The whole time I felt like Sonny was my advocate through the entire process. I would highly recommend Sonny and the entire staff at Hyundai of Cool Springs if you are in the market for a quality car at a fair price.

I have never written a review regarding the purchase of a vehicle. However, my experience with rime Motorz was exceptional. From my first telephone call with Vinnie to inquire about the Porsche 911 the had advertised, to the morning I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable this was someone I could work with. I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.

I live in Ohio but was looking for a preowned 2020 Corolla Hybrid in the color I wanted. Ron S was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful, cordial and responded quickly to my questions. Andy in the finance department was also friendly, quick and efficient. They handled the paperwork so I could get the car titled and registered in Ohio. They also were very accommodating in arranging for delivery of the vehicle. I am happy to have a certified preowned Toyota. I would buy from this dealership again without hesitation.

Had the best experience working with Jackson Sawyer at Brightway Auto when purchasing my truck! First time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle and not been in person so it was an absolute trust fall. I was 3 states away and he made feel like I was right there the entire time from start to finish. Answered my 3 thousand 987 questions multiple times and thoroughly hahaha. Had no problem getting the vehicle to a certified dealership I arranged for inspection, arranged quick delivery and even continues to reply to follow up questions a couple months after purchase…questions that are more for info for me. I 100% recommend Jackson and Brightway Auto.

Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. Jennifer and Nacole answered all my questions (and I ask a lot) and were friendly and pleasant to work with, and them and the folks behind the scenes made the whole thing a quick and enjoyable experience.
