Its great. A fun car to drive. Repairs are costly, but if you do most of the repairs yourself, you should be ok. Labor is expensive $$$$$$$
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

This car has all the technology that is available and leaves me worry free.
It constantly informs me of what is going on, is extremely comfortable and gets awesome mileage for a family sizes sedan.
I am so glad that we took the time to search this location for a vehicle. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made the process enjoyable. It was definitely worth our drive to get here. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Although I was looking for a E350 the E550 came packed to the gills with options and very little price difference. Ok the MPG is lower but the extra power is tantalizing. So happy I took it over the E350.
I drove in to the Service Department without an appointment for a Check Engine light that was on. The Service Manager Marc Scotch saw me right away and made arrangements to get my car in. After a short time the problem was diagnosed and the repair was made while I waited in the Customer Lounge. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Very luxurious and comfortable car, reliability may not be the best in class as well as maintenance cost is higher than Japanese competition. Ride quality greatly depends on the wheel size/tire brand.
Brian G. is by far the best service rep. good guy knows his stuff.
will go above and beyond for you. without you even asking.
I will only work with Brian. need service there see Brian.

Beautiful, comfortable, navigation is a trip, needing winter tires when living in cold states there is a heavy noise in the rear when first taking off and turning, and living in New England the remote started stinks
I was greeted by Mark Grable, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mark was very informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently.
Nowadays, it is commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Mark delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.

Still getting to know her but she rides beautifully even in the snow. Headlights are clear and bright. Handles great. All the bells and whistles that im still learning about.
This buying experience started in September when I started to look for cars following a car accident where my previous Sonata Hybrid was totaled. That car had all the packages and extras possible so I found it painful to suddenly find myself with scrambling to find a new car. Ray Cannon, my salesperson, was empathetic and explained everything to me. He was honest and knowledgeable. Once I was able to clear my previous car lien and finance the certified pre-owned C300, financing was simple and painless. I was treated with incredible respect by Tony in financing, Ray and Laura at the dealership. I am going to recommend to all my friends, coworkers, family and clients that if they want to look for a new luxury vehicle, to check out Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel.

The inside has so much room. Not to mention the outside, it looks very elegant. This is a awesome car. The drive is so nice.
Overall was a good visit but when it comes to trade in your vehicle they will pay less than the minimum and then they listed my trade in for sale with THREE TIMES MORE THAN WHAYT THEY PAID ME.

My C Class is good looking, stylish, comfortable, and luxurious. It is a great ride and has all the new technology. I could not have made a better choice for my first Mercedes. My last 2 cars were BMWs, but this car is more luxurious and came with so much new technology as standard. I am completely happy with this car.

Good beach but noise in transfer case only 57000 miles I take care of this car better then my wife no reason this should happen not happy at all I have two e350 one 2010 and one 2013 not happy with Benz at all thinking of going to Lexus 57000 miles car looks new but this is a manufactures problem and they know it I’ve built cars from scratch this should not happen at all wake up people and do the right thing keep your name it’s a benz
This car seems to have it all. The drive and the ride is great. The interior is well designed, everything is very convenient. I particularly like the driver's seat extension. It really does make driving much more comfortable. The only thing I would change is the MBtek interior. A luxury car should come with leather seats, not some sort of vinyl.
All my concerns were investigated ald taken care of....as well as more ! Then all was explained to me so I could understand what happened and wht and how it was solved. Thanks!!

It is a classy and peppy sport coup. I find, despite its size, there is a lot of headroom. The sound system is not good though and if you want to update it to an aftermarket system good luck: requires a complete rewire.
having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion.
the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement.
The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series.
neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.
Alan Klingaman was great to deal with from start to finish on the transaction. He spent extra effort to be sure we were comfortable with the advanced technology included in our beautiful new XC60. He also worked hard to streamline the buying process while at the dealership. I was pleased.
